There are some days in school that feel different from the usual routine—days that carry a deeper meaning, a sense of tradition, and a feeling of togetherness. 11th April 2026 was one such special day at Shri Purnanand Public School, as the campus witnessed the beautiful celebration of Vidyarambh Sanskar.
From the early hours of the morning, the school atmosphere felt calm yet full of anticipation. Students, teachers, and parents gathered together, dressed in traditional attire, bringing with them a sense of respect for culture and new beginnings.
The event began with the Guru Poojan, and sacred Hawan, where मंत्रों की ध्वनि and the fragrance of havan samagri created a peaceful and spiritual environment. It was not just a ritual—it felt like a moment where everyone paused, reflected, and sought blessings for knowledge, growth, and a bright future for the students.
The Vidyarambh Sanskar itself was truly heart-touching. Watching young students take their first symbolic steps into the world of education reminded everyone present of their own beginnings. There was a sense of innocence, hope, and excitement in the air that words can hardly capture.
Alongside the cultural and spiritual aspects, the school also organized a Student Health Checkup Programme, showing their commitment not just to education but to the overall well-being of every child. At the same time, the Parent Management Meeting created a space where parents and school authorities could connect, discuss, and strengthen their shared responsibility towards the students’ future.
What made the day even more special was the involvement of the entire school. It wasn’t just an event—it was a collective experience. Teachers guiding students, parents observing proudly, and children participating with curiosity and joy—every small moment added meaning to the celebration.
As the photographer and videographer for the event, I had the privilege of capturing these genuine moments—the quiet prayers, the smiling faces of parents, the curiosity in children’s eyes, and the warmth shared between everyone present. Behind every photograph is a story, and this event gave me countless stories to frame.
Looking back, this wasn’t just a school function. It was a reminder of the values we often overlook—tradition, respect, community, and the importance of beginnings.
Events like these don’t just stay in memory—they stay in feeling.
